Having been operating within the Lift Industry sector for over 20 years we have gained an in depth understanding of lift safety and the environment we work within. In Feb 2013 we set off on this journey as a sub contract lift installation business working as a contract labour support to many of the major lift companies in the UK.  2 years later we extended the service via our sister company, Castle Eden Fabrications Ltd, to grow the business offering a Lift engineering biased approach to fabrication for the industry we loved so much.

Adding further PFP experienced team members to the business allowed the broader passive fire protection solutions to be offered for our clients. Using the knowledge gained over the years we are in a prime position to design and manufacture the fundamental components of both lifts and general building fire protection designs, and allow a well-planned and safe delivery when attending any job site.

Having witnessed varied levels of shaft fire integrity over the years, we believed we could improve the quality and compliance of the entrances and voids within the lift shaft that were there as a result of the installation process. It was from this point that Triniti3 Group Ltd was born, rebranding our original company Tees Valley Elevators Ltd, and building our scope of delivery.

Being dual trained to safely access the lift shaft and to also to apply the passive fire protection product, we can work to seal the voids from both landing and shaft side guaranteeing the compliant outcome for our clients and the building users in the future.

Adding further Lift Safety Trained fitters to the team allowed our coverage to grow from the North East up into Scotland, and down into Yorkshire and the North West. As we continue to grow we have broadened the area to encompass the UK and even Ireland! We are only a call away!

We are also invested in being members of the relevant trade organisations to ensure that continual business development and knowledge growth will be at the heart of how we operate. We are Firas registered and have passed the audits to become certified members, we are also currently ongoing with other trade body memberships as a method of continuous development for our staff and our business delivery.
