As part of our certification and membership with Firas, we have to complete 4 or more site based audits per year. This week we were called to arrange one of these audits. As with every job we do, the site paperwork and supporting information is all logged on our electronic job tracking software. This made the audit process straight forward, and more importantly compliant, which meant the audit passed smoothly as expected.

we will continue to take this approach, as complacency cannot be allowed in this industry, but always good to be tested!
